Refund policy

Because Wolense sells digital reports and guides, traditional return shipping does not apply. Instead, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first purchase or subscription charge.

If you are not satisfied with your Wolense product, whether that is the Clarity Snapshot, the Action Guide, the Connection Guide, or Full Circle, simply contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of the original charge. We do not require a reason, but we may ask for brief feedback to help us improve.

Subscriptions

If you are on a recurring subscription, the 30-day guarantee applies to your most recent charge only. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Refunds are not issued for charges that have already passed the 30-day window.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to support@wolense.com. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for any charges older than 30 days, regardless of circumstance.

Damages and Issues

If your report contains an error, was generated incorrectly, or you believe you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@wolense.com and we will make it right.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, you will be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@wolense.com.
